 RPing Rules
« Thread Started on Dec 2, 2007, 8:36pm »

This is basically a "how to" topic on basic RPing. :P

Creating a new topic:

1. The title should be to do with your character or the plot. It could be to do with what your character is doing in the first post.
2. Put as much detail into srtting the scene as this is the post any other RPers will refer from.
3. You must let other people come of their own accord or you can out [member name here] in the title to restrict RPing with only that member.

Replying:

1. You can't be god. In other words you can't make a character come or control the actions of another member.
2. You can't be perfect, you can't say things like, "She walked into the room and wowed faces stared at her perfection." Perfect does not exist.
3. You should re-act to the previous post if speech or actions are involved.

Ending a Topic:

1. If you are bored/finished with a topic you should end your post something like, "Tired, he sat down. "I can't go on for the moment," he sighed and closed his heavy lids." This gives an idea that you want to stop.
2. You may put an [ooc] note at the bottom to say you are finished.
3. The creator of the topic should put [F] in the title and it will be moved into the archives.
